emendo coating machines for life science
emendo is a thin-layer versatile coating machine that was designed to meet the new challenges in life sciences. Developed to improve the manufacturing process of coated stents, emendo machines are suited for various other applications requiring high-accuracy coating of tubular and planar substrates. why emendo?
emendo is a compact coating machine with integrated PAT for real-time control of the coating disintegration and deposition process. Critical process parameters are monitored and analyzed to predict and/or prevent coating quality variations. The machine includes micro engineered atomization technology and fixtures for handling and substrate alignment, which improve operator safety and reduce human errors.
